Judith Moore Hair Policies

RESERVATION POLICY

• Credit card is required at booking. 

• ​In person/virtual consultation required for all new clients. 

  
  

• I try my hardest that services will begin and end on time as courtesy to the next guest.

• I reserve the right to refuse any service at any time. 

• I do not perform children’s haircuts on ages under 13 years old. Children 13 years or older will be charged as an adult for all services. 

• I am not taking any new haircut & single process color only clients.

TARDINESS POLICY​

• Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be rescheduled and charged in full for their service.

CANCELLATION POLICY​

• I require 24 hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling for all appointments. If less than the required notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the full service charge. No shows will be charged 100% of the service charge.  

REDO POLICY

• Please reach out within 10 days of the originally scheduled service to request to have adjustments made to the originally scheduled service.
